Pearleen Mofford founded Rapport Communications on the principle that quality work doesn’t have to be expensive. She formed the company to help small to mid-sized businesses make their mark and find innovative ways to leverage budgets of any size. Pearleen spends the necessary time upfront to develop an appropriate and effective creative strategy on which a company can build so no one is left with a one-hit wonder. 

Pearleen’s strengths are account management, strategic planning and campaign development. Since 1988 she has applied these skills to help clients successfully launch new products, develop strong identities, stage special events and promotions and much more, including the emerging new field of direct e-marketing. She is also a public relations specialist who ensures all plans developed by Rapport are integrated communications strategies that are well timed, well organized and well executed.
